How do you run a remote diagnostic test?
We license Tesla's proprietary diagnostic software, allowing us to safely and securely run a diagnostic while you're in the comfort of your own home. We don't use any other 3rd party vendors – this is the same diagnostic a Tesla service center would use on your vehicle as a preventative health check or identifying any repair needs.
How do I know the suggested repairs and associated costs are true?
We are an independent diagnostics service, meaning we don’t make any revenue based on the cost of your Tesla's repairs.
We thoroughly vet our network of Tesla-trained repair facilities. These independent partners are permitted to perform out-of-warranty services on Teslas. Since there's no incentive for us to over-diagnose or prescribe unnecessary repairs, you only pay for the repairs you need.
How do you guarantee my Tesla was serviced properly?
After every repair, we run another scan to ensure the repairs were completed successfully so you can take it back on the road.
